Gaming Deals: $9 Persona 4, PlayStation Essentials Sale, 20% Off Games With Amazon Prime

Sony has kicked off the PlayStation Essentials sale, discounting games on PS4, PS3, and Vita. Everyone gets access to the deals, but PlayStation Plus members get even lower prices, such as Persona 4 Golden for $9, Dragon Age: Inquisition's Deluxe Edition for $14, Grand Theft Auto V for $39, and Danganronpa for $16.

Somewhat similar to Best Buy's Gamers Club Unlocked program, Amazon Prime members can now get 20 percent off all physical game preorders, with that discount lasting until two weeks after launch. If you're a Prime member with any existing preorders, the price should update automatically in the next few days.

EA has launched a new PC subscription service called Origin Access. Similar to the Xbox One's EA Access, this allows unlimited access to a selection of EA games, including Battlefield 4, the Dragon Age and Dead Space series, and more.

Preorder a game at Target for $1 and get 30 percent off a select game, including Rainbow Six Siege ($42), NBA 2K16 ($42), and Assassin's Creed Syndicate ($42).

Newegg is taking 10 percent off select Xbox One and PS4 consoles with the promo code EMCEFEL43. That brings the Call of Duty: Black Ops III PS4 bundle down to $315, the limited edition Destiny PS4 to $360, and more.

Star Wars Battlefront is $35 at Newegg (PS4/Xbox One/PC) using promo code EMCEFEM59.

Likewise, Call of Duty: Black Ops III is $35 at Newegg (PS4/PC) using promo code EMCEFEM65.

You can save 20 percent off select accessories at Newegg with the promo code EMCEFEL23. Choices include PS4 controllers for $40, a one-year EA Access membership for $24, and more. You can see all of the eligible items here.

Preorder Street Fighter V for PS4 from Dell and get a $15 gift card (just add it to your cart to see it). Note that you'll have to be a Dell Advantage member, which is a free membership service.

Below you'll find the rest of today's best deals divided by platform.

PlayStation 4
The Star Wars Classics bundle included with the Battlefront system bundle can be had for $15 at Newegg with promo code EMCEFEM63. It consists of digital PS4 copies of Super Star Wars, Star Wars: Racer Revenge, Star Wars: Jedi Starfighter, and Star Wars: Bounty Hunter.
