Destiny's Iron Banner Returns Next Week With These Awesome-Looking Rewards

Destiny's limited-time multiplayer event, Iron Banner, will return next week, developer Bungie has announced. It kicks off Tuesday, December 6, starting at 10 AM PT, and runs until December 13 at 1 AM PT. The gametype is Rift, which challenges players to pick up an item called a "Spark" and take it to their enemy's base to destroy their Rift.

As usual, there are some rewards for successful players. For this event, these include rad-looking Scout Rifles and Pulse Rifles, as well as Warlock, Titan, and Hunter armor sets. Click through the images in the gallery below to see all the new Iron Banner gear rewards.

In other Destiny news, Bungie teased in its latest weekly blog post that it will be in attendance at this weekend's PlayStation Experience event. The developer, which has attended the show every year of its existence, didn't say what it plans to show at the event. However, we do know that Destiny: Rise of Iron is one of the 100 playable games on the show floor.

Bungie is also working on a Destiny sequel for 2017, though it has not yet been formally announced.
