Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 Pre-E3 2018 Multiplayer Reveal Coming Very Soon

You won't have to wait until E3 2018 to see more of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Developer Treyarch is hosting a multiplayer-focused livestream for the game on June 7. The stream kicks off at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET, and you'll be able to watch on Facebook, Twitch, and YouTube.

The stream will provide players a "closer look" at the maps that E3 attendees will get to try out on the show floor. No further details were provided, but Treyarch said in another tweet that the Firebreak specialist character will have some presence at Activision's booth in the Los Angeles Convention Center. It remains to be seen if this is a statue of Firebreak or that this is confirmation that the specialist will be playable in some capacity. Firebreak debuted in Black Ops III.

In other Black Ops 4 news, the game does not have a traditional campaign--and Activision thinks that is not much a problem. Activision has also discussed Black Ops 4's battle royale mode and why it will stand apart from Fortnite. Black Ops 4 launches on October 12 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
