Very very good game for my kids (10 and 7) who like me are big fan of Lego and Star Wars.

Very numerous levels so a durable play (they still are playing with it since several months) a lot of hidden items to search and pick, they can rerun levels to earn more and choose the acquired heroes / vessels to play with it The cooperative mode is well done but you need to stick together. LST III adds more liberty on this issue.

A lot of humor, I like very much the Lego interpretation and the possibility of playing fully in the universe of the 3 original films.

Graphics are very well done. Also the "power" required from PC do not need to be a killer one so it can run on even "old" hardware which really nice (like an HP Mini 200 netbook). No issue on using Windows 7 64bits. Controllers are automatically recognized, especially the Microsoft XBox 360 controller pads. In fact I choose this game and those controllers for my kids so tehy can easily play on my laptop. They say they play on XBox, which in fact from their experience is true (I can plug easily my laptop to my TV / hi-fi system) :-)
One issue on the game thought: the levels are quite long to complete, circa 1 hour, and there is no mid-run save. So one has to complete the level if not everything is lost. Very frustrating for my kids and unnerving for me when I call for a stop. So I need to take this account when giving the authorization to play. Helas in LST III has not been solved yet. So please Lego Dev team do incorporate this facility in next gen of your games. This will be the cherry.

For my part, I like more to play with my kids to LST II than to LST III, has action is bit less "too much" that in LTS III, i.e there too much elements in motion in LTS III to my taste, and I have difficulties to manage the split screen facility in LST III. Also I prefer the original trilogy ;-)

My kids like both titles and do still play with both of them (I have put an extra DVD player so they can switch from game as they wish).
So a highly recommended game.

As always with game like this, beware of the possible addiction to it, and be strong to force the kids out of it. Implementing the parental controls schemes especially the session connection allowed hours is a good help.

Jugabilidad alta. Mi hijo con 6 años flipa, pero en W 10 se cuelga a pasar de fase. Supongo que en Xbox estará mejor, es un fastidio eso de que se cuelgue.
