Belle Delphine’s Instagram account has been removed after ‘violating community guidelines’.

The 19-year-old NSFW cosplayer has found herself slipping into the mainstream thanks to her bizarre yet frankly genius business plan of selling her own bathwater.

But it looks like she’ll have to promote her goods elsewhere, as her Instagram account has been disabled.

When you head to Belle’s account, which has 4.5 million followers, a broken link appears saying the page ‘isn’t available’.

And according to a number of Reddit and social media posts, this is because Belle was reported for ‘nudity or pornography’.

One post shared to Reddit, titled ‘My friend Noah got Belle Delphine’s account taken down’, shared a screenshot of a message from Instagram, in which an account had ‘anonymously reported belle.delphine for nudity or pornography’.

The apparent response from Instagram read: ‘We have taken belle.delphine’s account down. Thanks for reporting this account. We’ve removed it from Instagram because it violated our Community Guidelines.’

It is unclear what picture prompted this response, although Belle is known for posting provocative content on her Instagram account.

Instagram’s community guidelines have been clamping down on sexual images from sex workers on the platform, with model Rebecca Crow recently petitioning to meet Instagram as she believes their ‘censorship policy disproportionately affects sex workers’.

Their guidelines state: ‘We know that there are times when people might want to share nude images that are artistic or creative in nature, but for a variety of reasons, we don’t allow nudity on Instagram. This includes photos, videos, and some digitally-created content that show sexual intercourse, genitals, and close-ups of fully-nude buttocks.

‘It also includes some photos of female nipples, but photos of post-mastectomy scarring and women actively breastfeeding are allowed. Nudity in photos of paintings and sculptures is OK, too.’

Belle’s Twitter account, followed by 275,000 people, is still active, with pictures of the gamer posing with vibrators and in the shower still available.

The UK-based social media star has made a career out of her raunchy pictures, charging $25 a month on her Patreon for access to her explicit Snapchat and other hidden posts.

On her Patreon, she writes: ‘If you’re into weird elf kitty girls who try too hard then you have come to the right place <3

‘On this page you will find all of my lewd, NSFW and other content which isn’t on any of my other pages. All especially for you. Please read through this page before you decide to pledge.

‘I live in the rainy, windy and sometimes sunny UK with my lovely little family of hamsters which I look after. I love painting, drawing, ice-skating and just being creative and designing things! I really enjoy DDLG and pet play (✿◠‿◠) *:゚✧ I would love to own all of my dream outfits, create cosplays and cute and sexy looks to share. So thank you so much for helping me achieve this dream.

‘I’m currently setting up a studio, where I’m going to be creating outfits and cosplays this year.’

As well as her Patreon, Belle decided to branch out into selling her bathwater – and while it may sound like a ridiculous idea, the star actually sold 500 jars at $30 (£24) a pop.

So, there is a joke in the community among gamers where they will comment on a post saying “let me drink your bath water”,’ she tells Metro.co.uk.

‘And although it’s a joke I just kind of found the idea of turning it into a reality and actually letting people own my bath water funny.’

Belle continued: ‘The last two days that the website has been open, I’ve sold over 500 bottles of bathwater, as of now I’ve had to stop as I can’t actually take enough baths and it’s sold out!’
