in your list of game, right click on the game name "new vegas", click "property", look the tab saying "language", and in this choose the language you want, the game will make some download to change your language...

you have right, i have fast reading...,

other way to change this it's to look in your .ini find the line they say language=?, the ? = the number for language like english for 1 i think 3 for french, ect just try to be change the number to the good language you want,

i am not able to say you the exact line because i have uninstall this game, but it's not hard to find it...

sometime the language can not change if you put you .ini in reading only...

Just checked the store page, you only get the german voice acting with the version I got.
Looks like I won't play this game at all.

That is odd, I tried that way and it worked perfectly. Mine was in French, btw.

Seeing as you haven't played past the two hour mark yet, I'd say get a refund and buy the ultimate version with all the DLCs instead. This one comes with several languages and uncut for germans.

If you've got under 2 hours of playtime,do what pats cat says,it's a no brainer.

This is a game i wouldn't want anyone to miss out on.

I have the german version as well, I guess you can't change the language :/

You can't get a refund if you owned the game for longer than 2 weeks.

My bad, I didn't notice someone necroed a thread from more than 4 years ago... what's it with people digging up ages old posts lately?

You download english version of the game. Copy from data folder Voice file somwhere. than download german version of the game again. than overvrite enlish voice file in data folder and you will have high quality english voice acting with german interface. every person should do this, voice packs are so cheap and lazy, espetially from bethesda. only game worth playing in german is Kingdom come deliverance.

Had to re-buy the Ultiamte pack. Then you have to uninstall the German version. When re-installing it gives you the option to select the language.
