Watch Street Fighter 5's Tutorial Teaser

Capcom today released a new Street Fighter V video that reveals the opening part of the fighting game's tutorial section. This segment, like tutorials in other games, aims to help players learn the ropes before setting out to take on the main game. Take a look at the video below, which also offers a glimpse into Ryu and Ken's backstory featuring a unique presentation style.

In a statement released alongside this video, Capcom again stressed that Street Fighter V aims to be a game that appeals to a wider group of players. "Our goal with Street Fighter V is to make this the most accessible Street Fighter in recent years!" it explained.

Previously, Capcom brand manager Brian Ayers said the company was hoping for Street Fighter V to appeal to a "newer, younger audience" with its "approachable and accessible" gameplay.

If this new video looks familiar, it's probably because a Japanese version was released last week.

The Street Fighter V release date has been confirmed for February 16, 2016. The game is coming to PlayStation 4 and PC (with cross-platform play), but never Xbox One.
