See Rainbow Six Siege PC-Only Features in New Trailer
Ahead of Rainbow Six Siege's release next week, Nvidia and Ubisoft have published a new trailer that highlights some of the PC version's exclusive features. In the video below, you'll see how the game's use of things like temporal anti-aliasing and horizon-based ambient occlusion benefit the overall experience.
Nvidia explains in a blog post that to deliver what you see in the video above, you'll want to have a GeForce GTX 960 card for 1920x1080. For 2560x1440, Nvidia recommends the GeForce GTX 970. More details about recommended GPUs and Siege's graphics and resolution technology are available here.
You can also check out this post to see Siege's complete minimum and recommended system requirements, along with a list of supported graphics cards.
Originally set to launch in October, Siege was later delayed to December for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. An open beta across all platforms is set to begin tomorrow, November 25.
Ubisoft has said Siege has the potential to become the company's best-selling FPS, even surpassing Far Cry 4. Chief executive Yves Guillemot said the game's replayability "will be key to its success."
