Shatner voice pack for Elite Dangerous up for pre-order

Elite Dangerous players will soon be able to use the new “Orion” voice pack, which is being performed by none other than Captain James Tiberius Kirk.

Well, William Shatner. Same thing.

The pack contains over 1,300 phrases preformed by the actor, and is now available for pre-order.

Everyone who pre-orders will be entered into a drawing. Prizes include signed photos from William Shatner which were provided during Orion's production. There's a signed copy of Shatner's book Leonard up for grabs.

Another prize are signed, exclusive pieces of artwork from the Frontier development team.

The Orion voice pack will be released on April 8.
