Next GTA 5 Online Event Starts Today, Get All the Details Here
Rockstar Games has detailed the next weekly event for Grand Theft Auto V's multiplayer mode.
"Combat Week," as Rockstar is calling it, starts today, May 13, and runs through May 19. As part of the event, Rockstar is offering discounts on heavy artillery and vehicles from the Warstock supplier. Additionally, items and services from Ammu-nation and Merryweather are on sale.
On top of that, GTA Online players can earn double GTA$ and RP in the new In and Out mode (which has also been updated to include three more maps), while double RP is also offered in other modes this week.

Friday, May 13 through to Sunday, May 15 - Brand new In and Out IV, V, and VI maps
Monday, May 16 through to Tuesday, May 17 - Cross The Line I, Come Out To Play V, and Till Death Do Us Part II
Wednesday, May 18 through to Thursday, May 19 - Extraction V, Beast vs Slasher IV, and Siege Mentality I
Finally, Rockstar confirmed that the new In and Out mode maps released today are set in the Grand Senora Desert, Los Santos International Airport, and at Dignity Village.
Looking beyond this update, Rockstar recently teased that GTA Online will receive "massive, feature-rich" expansions later this year involving "cunning stunts" and "further adventures in finance and felony," among other things.
In other news about GTA Online, documents in the Leslie Benzies vs. Take-Two lawsuit revealed that the multiplayer mode has already brought in more than $500 million in revenue from microtransactions.
Single-player DLC for GTA V is still under consideration, but the big numbers for GTA Online may explain why Rockstar appears to be prioritizing multiplayer content at this time.
