Here's an extended look at The Walking Dead: A New Frontier from The Game Awards

Telltale has shown off more footage from the upcoming third season of The Walking Dead.

You play as a new character, Javier, in the new Walking Dead, although Clementine makes an appearance as well.

The first two episodes are due for release on December 20.

This is the most substantial look at the game we've had so far – previously, all we really had to go on was a teaser trailer.

The Walking Dead: A New Frontier will follow on from the previous two games, and will let you create fake save files if you've switched machines between releases (I know I have). Hopefully you will remember that.

As with most Telltale games, The Walking Dead: A New Frontier is due for last-gen consoles as well as the new ones. The season pass disc will release in February.
