Resident Evil 2 remake: watch the opening in 4K, max settings PC glory

Kirk loved playing Resident Evil 2, and the VG247 review says it's already a game of the year contender for 2019. Reviews from other outlets across the gaming web world are pretty much in agreement: RE2 remake is pretty bloody amazing.
It also looks gorgeous. While Kirk and James have been playing on console (and you can see some footage of that version in our 4th Survivor mode play-through or our S-rank walkthrough videos), I've been playing on PC, maxing out the settings for all they're worth. As it expects, at max settings it looks pretty indeed. Here's the result in a nice spoiler-free format – the opening ten minutes of the game. There's some actual play and cinematic stuff both in this video, but it's all real time.
For the record, the rig this is running on is a bit of a beast. This PC is running the latest Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 Ti graphics card and an overclocked i7-8700K CPU plus a boat-load of RAM – but the result is pretty pleasing. I've also been running it in HDR and can report that part looks gorgeous too – or at least it does when Windows 10 isn't pitching a fit with its piss-poor HDR support.
I've also tested the game out with the RTX 2060 Ti – and while performance is a little worse on the less expensive card, it's also still a solid leap on the console version and just generally looks very, very pretty.
