Tales from the Borderlands potrebbe avere un seguito stando a una serie di clip trapelate su Reddit. Postati nel sub-Reddit del gioco, due lunghi filmati sembrano tagliati da un trailer di annuncio di Tales from the Borderlands: Redux in arrivo nel 2020 e suggeriscono un secondo nuovo titolo.
Tales from the Borderlands: Redux dovrebbe essere un remaster dei cinque episodi originali, ma quello che è più interessante è il possibile (e già rumoreggiato) Tales from the Borderlands 2.
Verso la fine della seconda clip, la finestra di lancio "2020" di Tales from the Borderlands: Redux si trasforma in un "2", che potrebbe essere un indizio per Tales from the Borderlands 2
