Mod opens GTA 5's story mode to co-op players

Now you can roll around Trevor, Michael and Franklin's world with your buddies.

A new mod for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 allows you to experience the single-player campaign world with multiple players.

The mod by Guadmaz brings players into the campaign, so technically isn't a hack for GTA Online and shouldn't get you banned. Having said that, Rockstar is shit hot at taking down anything that threatens the online game, so be careful if you intend to give it a spin.

As with most mods there are gameplay issues and technical problems – lag and frame rate drops in particular.
