Destiny 2 servers will be offline for a few hours today, here are the details

Servers for Destiny 2, as well as the first Destiny, will go offline later today as part of scheduled maintenance.

Bungie announced the downtime for both games today. This is the first maintenance for the recently released Destiny 2, and it's going to last for four hours all told.

The maintenance is scheduled to start at 7am PT, 10am ET, 3pm BST, 4pm CEST today. After it begins, you will no longer be able to log in. However, players who are in the game at the time will be given a notice.

One hour later, at 8am PT, 11am ET, 4pm BST, 5pm CEST, all players will be removed from activities in both games. Everything should return to normal at 11am PT, 2pm ET, 7pm BST, 8pm CEST.

Although this mainly affects the games themselves, functionality on Bungie's website, and the mobile app, may also suffer from unavailability during the maintenance.
