Fortnite: Solid Gold Limited Time Mode is now live

A new mode has just gone live in Fortnite for a limited time.

The Solid Gold Limited Time Mode stuffs the game with Legendary weapons for everyone to play with, meaning every gun players find around the map or in chests is lethal.

The new mode is limited to Squads only though, so don't expect to find it for Duo or Single players.

The Legendary weapons available are: the SCAR, Semi-Auto and Bolt-Action rifles, the new Hand Cannon, Silenced Pistol, Minigun and Rocket Launcher.

This is the latest push from developer Epic Games to switch up the Fortnite Battle Royale gameplay. We're also expecting a jet pack to be added to the mix soon, too.

This all comes less than a week after Season 3 went live, introducing weekly challenges, a space theme and a whole bunch of cool new gear.
