Fortnite: How to complete Timed Trials

Get ready for another high-octane challenge to hit Fortnite this week. One of the most ambiguously worded tasks that leaked with the rest of the challenges was “Complete Timed Trials”.

No one quite knows what to make of this until things drop properly tomorrow, but there are some theories flying about as per usual.

The leading theory on what you'll have to do to complete this challenge is to head over to the racetrack north of Paradise Palms with an ATK.

Once you're at the racetrack with your ATK, you can line up at the starting grid. After a fifteen second countdown, a green light will come on and the timer will start.

This is where opinions differ. Some people reckon you'll have to complete five laps of the whole circuit to complete the Timed Trials. This seems a little difficult – especially as each lap takes roughly 90 seconds – given the location of the racetrack on the outskirts of the map, you haven't got that much time for racing before the storm hits.

Others think that you'll just have to drive through five of the purple rings that appear once you've started your lap. It'd be an interesting feature to program into the game if they weren't going to use it in a challenge, so this seems like a good opportunity. The only problem with this is that it might be too easy.
