Fortnite goes a little bit Red Dead Online with new Wild West LTM

Fortnite continues to ride the zeitgeist like Arthur Morgan's pony, with a Wild West themed limited time mode launching next week.

Beating Rockstar to an online dust-up with its release of Red Dead Online in November, the Wild West LTM will pitch players against one another with only revolvers, rifles, shotguns and a new explosive – dynamite.

There will be no automatic weapons, rocket launchers, traps or shields. The best way of healing up will be by chugging down slurp juice.

“No fancy tech here, partner!” reads the in-game text. “Dynamite can be used to great effect. It's the only explosive found in the Wild West”.

The news comes from unstoppable leaker @FNBRLeaks on Twitter.

The latest leaks come after yesterday's patch which significantly updated Save the World mode, as well as adding the Food Fight LTM, Mounted Turret and Last Word Revolver.
