Bethesda E3 2016 showcase announced – expect Dishonored 2, DOOM and more

Bethesda is going to have to pull out all the stops to top E3 2015.

Fallout 4 proved Bethesda doesn't need to tour its games; the world will tune in on its schedule. The RPG's E3 2015 reveal was devoured by fans and press around the world, leaving the developer free to get on with working on the game rather than trotting around on junkets.

It was a fantastic debut, and the publisher looks set to repeat the performance: The E3 2016 Bethesda Showcase is scheduled for 7:00pm PT on June 12.

How could it possibly top last year's effort? We have a few ideas. We can expect to hear a lot more about Dishonored 2, likely with a release date. DOOM should go big, too, and we can probably also expect some discussion of Fallout 4 DLC.

Those are only the things we know about, and the publisher is sure to have a few surprises for us, despite the inevitable leaks as we build up to E3. Maybe there's a new game from The Evil Within team Tango Gameworks to discuss. And what is Battlecry Studios working on now that its eponymous game has (probably) been cancelled?

Oh and there's that Elder Scrolls card game thing. Someone's probably excited about that.
