Prey's lunar DLC teased with Steam achievements and coded message

Prey's Steam achievements have been updated with a reference to the teased lunar DLC.

Heading over to the Steam achievements page, you'll be greeted with a whole new list of cheevos that reference R.E.M.'s Man on the Moon, continuing the lunar theme that's been leading players to believe that a moon-based DLC is incoming.

The first hint of a lunar DLC was back in March with a tweet from the official Prey Twitter account.

A Twitter account for KasmaCrop – a TranStar rival – also appeared, with a single tweet that featured a drawing of how to dissect a Mimic.

The KasmaCorp Reddit account, which had been posting comments in binary code in March alluding to lunar DLC, is active once again after a two month break. The account posted a comment on a picture of the Earth and moon taken from NASA's OSIRIS-REx.

The message translates as “imgur 31nProa” and heading to the page reveals a distinctly moon-related bit of gameplay, which you can check out above.

It's likely Bethesda will announce any new DLC at its E3 showcase on June 10.
