Xbox One Slim Image Leaks

The leaks keep coming. Following leaks of Recore, Dead Rising 4, and Titanfall 2 information, an image of the rumored Xbox One Slim console has been posted on Twitter.

Twitter user Wario64 (who is known for reliable leaks) shared the image, which is small and cropped but nonetheless shows some dramatic differences in design from the launch Xbox One console. Later, Neogaf user KawabataSan posted the full image of the console. It looks smaller, for one thing, and far more boxy than the original. It also appears to have an infrared blaster on the bottom part, perhaps for use with TV remotes. The right part of the console also appears to be textured.

In the Neogaf thread, Jason Schreier of Kotaku affirmed that the image as the Xbox One Slim console, codenamed Edmonton.

The console originally leaked back in May, alongside rumors that Microsoft is prepping a more powerful Xbox One for release in 2017. The company is also rumored to be designing a new controller for the console, which is probably the controller shown in the image above.
