Astera (Japanese アステラ) :
*Astera is the home for all the investigators of the New World.
*Researchers survey the ecosystem, hunters gather together, etc.
*During the first forty years of the New World investigation, Astera was built.
*Hunters can freely roam the New World and take quests.
*Occasionally, monsters are brought back to Astera for researchers to study.
Zora Magudaraosu :
*Zora Magudaraosu is a giant Elder Dragon with an outer shell similar to volcanic rock.
*Every ten years, Zora Magudaraosu travels through the sea in order to get to the New World. Why it does this is a mystery. The Research Commission have been sent in to investigate and unravel this mystery. During the fifth dispatch, hunters follow Zora Magudaraosu by riding on a ship.
Nergigante :
*Nergigante is a new mysterious monster that has attacked the Research Commission recently.
*It was given the title, '''Extinction Dragon''', due to it destroying everything in its path without worrying about harming its own body.
*Nergigante is constantly regenerating its skin as it attacks and is being stroke by hunters. It will slowly grow white spikes on certain body parts, which harden overtime. Hunters must try to break the white spikes before they harden. Once they have hardened, its attacks deal more damage. Nergigante actually breaks its own parts with the immense force behind its attacks.
