E3 2017 Game Critics Awards: ecco le nomination

Archiviato l'E3 2017, è arrivato il momento di stabilire quali sono stati i migliori giochi presentati durante la fiera losangelina. A tal proposito, sono state annunciate le nomination per i Game Critics Awards, tra le quali sono presenti titoli come Mario+Rabbids Kingdom Battle, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor e Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. Questi giochi si sono aggiudicati ben quattro nomination, compresa quella “Il meglio dello show”, dove compaiono anche Assassin's Creed: Origin e Super Mario Odyssey.

Tra i publisher, a guidare la classifica del maggior numero di nomination, abbiamo Ubisoft con 14 nomination, mentre per quanto riguarda le piattaforme, al vertice abbiamo PlayStation 4 e PC, entrambi con 49 nomination, seguite da Xbox One e Nintendo Switch, rispettivamente con 44 e 17 nomination.

Le nomination sono state decise da una giuria composta da molteplici organi di stampa videoludica, sia interni, sia del Nord America. Il requisito più importante per decidere l'assegnazione delle nomination, è stata la disponibilità di una demo giocabile dai giudici per almeno 5 minuti. I video dimostrativi o le presentazioni non sono stati tenuti in considerazione, ecco perchè si può notare l'assenza di giochi come God of War, Anthem, Spider-Man e altri.
